Each build is set up to come with about the same amount of food one person would order in-restaurant (one bowl, salad, order of tacos, etc, per person). However, you know your guests best. If they’re the small-plate type, go a little lighter. If you’re feeding a bunch of hungry, hungry caterpillars, round up a bit. Oh, and we’ll include two tortillas (crispy corn and soft flour) per person, so nobody has to choose between tacos and a bowl--the horror!
